I am almost crazy with hate for my body. My fiancee says that I am beautiful, but I don't believe him. I know what I can look like.
I have tried diet and excercise but nothing is working. I have three beautiful children and I am only 24. I have never had a body of a young woman. I am a hard worker but can't seem to save up the money to get this procedure on my own.(My fiancee also needs some work, but don't tell him I told you that)

Where do I start, first of all I have been working out and on a diet and I have not lost any weight in fact I bought a size 14 dress and I tried it on today and it still does not zip all the way up. I was fortunate enough as a child to get braces but before I got them removed we no longer had insurance and it left terrible circles on my teeth. I would like to have a beautiful smile on my big day. I had plans to get married June 26, 2004. But I would change it at the drop of a hat if extreme makeovers could help me and my fiance'.
