Amelia's Sugar Creations was created to allow Amelia S Mc Carthy,. a decorator with over 40 years of experience to continue her creative projects after she retired from a 35 year teaching career at the elementary and high school levels.
Amelia works on an appointment system, to insure the future bride has as much time as she needs to design her unique wedding cake. Cake tasting is available at the appointment. All of Amelia's cakes are made from scratch , with the freshest ingredients, and never frozen.
