Oxygen Bar
My daughter Vanessa's Sweet Sixteen was approaching and we couldn't come up with a Theme that was affordable and simple. When Vanessa had asked me if we can have an Oxygen Bar at her Sweet Sixteen Party, I first thought was "What is an Oxygen Bar"? And why would you want that at your party? She heard about it through a friend and I didn't really know about it and did a search on it. I was really fascinated on the idea and how it is a new hip thing at parties that all ages will enjoy. More than anything, I wanted Vanessa and all her friends to like this. We found a great company based in Rockville Centre, NY and used 2 of (what they call) Bubble Bars. They were fabulous. And it was very affordable. I would've spent so much more if I went very detailed with a theme. The lighting of the bars were really cool. It had such an attractive look to them and went great with the decorations. The bars lit up when the reception hall was dimmed. The bar was compatible to the DJ Booth in which the lights would move to the music. Vanessa was so impressed and the kids loved it. We had 300 guests and not only did the her friends loved it. All of the adults including my husband and I love it. Everyone tried it, even my Grandma & Grandpa. These bars are very common in Vegas and how people have reported that it helps prevent hangovers and increases alertness. It totally worked! Not only did I feel good that night from trying to make sure everything is perfect for Vanessa, I felt great the next day. I was shocked because after a few glasses of Sebastiani wine, I tend to wake up with a slight headache and I felt like I didn't even drink.
It was such a HIT and our family and friends still talk about it to this day. It was well worth it and I recommend it to everyone for any type of event. It's fun, safe and clean. Each guest got their own nose hose which I liked. Everyone wore them like necklaces throughout the night. The staff was so enthusiastic and helped everyone and also gave great information to help us understand what it was all about. I am definitely going to rental an Oxygen Bar again for a future events. My sister has already booked an event with them. It was a night full of great memories!!
