Our off premise catering can provide you with a number and variety of different foods from hors d'Oeuvres, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner Entrees, as well as tasty treats and desserts.  Hors d'Oeuvres can amodate for breakfast or the latter, with anything from hushpuppies, bruschettas, french toast canapes, pastries, bagel wedges and smoked salmon to frittatas, chicken sate with different sauces, quesadillas, chicken skewers, filet mingnon, beef skewers, lobster sate, crab wontons, lamb chops, stuffed mushrooms, and vegetarian items. We offer anything from Mixed green salads, Mescaline salad, Spinach salads, fresh mozarella and tomato, potato and broccoli, and pasta primavera to orzo salad, waldorf salad, nicoise salad and caesar salad. We provide a large selection of sandwiches from grilled chicken, portabello mushroom, and filet mignon to chicken salad sandwich, turkey club, and veggie wraps.Entree buffet prices start at $19/person and can include anything from Chicken Francaise, Chicken Dijon, Baked Smoked Ham, Loin of Pork, Sweet and Sour pork, and Beef and Broccoli to Shrimp and Scallops Margarita, Zucchini and onion, and Cheese stuffed eggplant rollatini.We can create a menu that satisfies your tastes and the tastes of your guests, as well as your budget. We will work with you to create the perfect dining experience for your event.

We are capable of hosting your event at our own facility as well as we operate on a nine acre facility that contains two banquet halls, perfect for weddings, showers, engagements, sweet , graduations, or anniversaries.
