Internationally acclaimed Pianist/Actor Jeffrey Briar recreates the character of Ludwig van BEETHOVEN in an inspiring performance, in words and music.

As the Age of Enlightenment (dominated by the reasoning Mind) evolved into the Era of Romanticism (seeking to express the Heart's passion), Beethoven - a unique genius - survived war, revolution, heartbreak and loss of his most precious sense, hearing; to become the greatest composer in human history.

Jeffrey Briar recreates the character of the immortal composer, discussing Beethoven's life and works, illustrated with live piano performance of compositions by the master (also music of Bach, Mozart and Wagner).

Mister Briar's pianistic credits include: 29 years as a film accompanist/composer, conducting a 20th Century Opera in Vienna, and the musical direction of numerous operetta's, musicals and vaudeville revues.

As an actor, he stars in a series of commercials for Tikkurila Paints in Finland, and has given over 2,000 performances in diverse roles.

"Beethoven Speaks!" can be performed in the English, French or German language.

Mister Briar's series, "Music, Emotion and Enlightenment" consists of concert/lectures exploring the language of musical-emotional-spiritual communication.

Recitals of soul-stirring music are offered (without the "Beethoven" character).

Presentations will be available on the life and music of: BAch, Mozart, Debussy, Scott Joplin, and George Gershwin.
