Wee to the world of Billy the Clown! A somewhat foolish, happy hobo we think you will find both wacky and
Billy the Happy Hobo is Billy's mainstay and he specializes in performing for children from the age of 3 to 9. But, Billy has been known to go by many different names and faces, as you will see, and he has performed for as few as 4 children and as many as 8000 children and grown up children (parents).
