Hello,

I’ve never written to a place before to compliment them, but I have to tell you, I was compelled to write to you after seeing the 9:30 show on Saturday, Sept. 15th. It’s the second time I’ve been there (and certainly not the last), and I have to say, Café Wha? is one of my absolute favorite places in the city. I love the mix of comedy and music, and the house band is simply outstanding. Every person is incredibly talented and I just LOVE the repertoire. I can’t decide who’s the best because every time another person sings or has a mini-solo in the middle of the song I am amazed and I’ve just come to the conclusion that each person is as talented as the next. I can’t imagine a better place to hear such great live music, so thank you for providing it and for providing it at a price that I can afford – as a young professional, there aren’t many places that I would pay a cover charge to go to, and Café Wha? is one of the very few exceptions. Anyway, I just think it’s a great place with a phenomenal band and I just wanted to write to let everyone who works there know (I didn’t get a little green slip to fill out so I wanted to give my two cents now).
