We also offer a variety of our homemade signature side dishes and we will cater any outdoor event and weddings. Delivery is also available. The key to the flavor and style of our food is our hand selected seasonings and spices as well as our custom built 15 FT BBQ grill/smoker trailer burning seasoned red oak wood.
