Event Hall Cascade is one of Atlanta&rsquo s premier event venues. We are privately located in the heart of Cascade (behind the Applebees), minutes from downtown Atlanta. The area is well known for its large & beautiful homes, trendy restaurants, and shopping.

The contemporary architecture and dé cor serve as a perfect backdrop for meetings and events. Our vision at EVENT HALL Cascade is to offer a unique event experience, through tailored events and exceptional customer service.

DAYTIME $675 Monday &ndash Thursday 5 hour event: 1 hour setup, 3 hour event, 1 hour breakdown Additional event hours: $75 per hour Daytime events end by 12pm.

EVENING $1500 Sunday &ndash Friday 8 hour event: 2 hour setup, 4 hour event, 2 hour breakdown Additional event hours: $95 per hour Evening events start at or after 5 pm. End by 2am.

RENTAL INCLUDES 8 six foot tables 5 eight foot tables 9 sixty inch round tables 100 folding chairs 2 Small catering prep kitchen Free and secured wireless internet Television with DVD player Event Manager

FOOD Event Hall Cascade is a space ONLY venue. Outside catering is permitted. Client is responsible for plates, forks, and napkins.

BEVERAGES Outside beverages are permitted, including alcohol. Client is responsible for cups, ice, and napkins. Event Hall Cascade does provide CASH bars.

EHC bartender: $150. Required for events serving alcohol.

DEPOSIT *$300 daytime and $300 evening due to reserve space. *Space is available on a FIRSTE, FIRST SERVE basis. NO tentative holds. * Less than 14 days booked requires 100% event payment. *Cancellation MORE than 61 days from event date, 50% of deposit refundable ONLY. *Cancellation LESS than 60 days from event date, deposit & monies paid are NON refundable.

PAYMENTS *Final payment due 14 days prior to event date. Event will be cancelled for non payment. *Credit/debit cards, money orders, and checks accepted. Make checks payable to: Coze *NO checks accepted less than 14 days from event date. $50 return check fee.
