He has catered some of Hollywood's most notable events, including the SAG Awards, MTV Music Awards, and private parties for such clients as Shaquille O'Neal and Kanye West.Building on his 27 years of experience working under top chefs all over the world, Chef Gary has honed his love for exotic flavors and dishes to an art form. His menu selections include Italian, Cajun, Mediterranean, and Americana. We focus on using high quality ingredients, our presentation and fusion of flavors is sure to please every palette at your next gathering.In addition to our catering services, we offer full service event planning to all of our clients. We specialize in creating spectacular functions such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate gatherings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. We can cater to a group as small as 10 guests, or serve a party of 14,000.  Chef Gary is a master at capturing the perfect mood for your affair. His venue The Lot Studio was elegantly designed by Eric Rosen, and is a dramatically modern update on an historic movie studio built in the early 1900s. It features 7 soundstages, Global Cuisine Restaurant, and a new rooftop restaurant offering incredible views of the city.
