We have several studios to select from, or provide you the opportunity to rent the entire building for a day. Sunlight drifts naturally through three of our studios and the unobstructed, open space is a versatile environment for you to utilize your every creative faculty. We have blackout capabilities, extensive equipment rentals, ample electricity, and ceiling lighting grids to give you every flexible lighting option. Our on-site, hair and makeup suites, client lounges, full drive-in access, production offices, and massive Manhattan rooftop, boasting expansive panoramic views, lends you the unique venue to imagine and bring to life any set an artistic mind could dream up.

Venue FeaturesOur Lightspace Studios provide the soaring 28 foot ceilings and wrap around windows to encourage lovely natural light, and our multi-level surfaces enable performers and presenters to utilize a number of positional platforms. Share a movie screening with clients on our cinema-sized projection screen, and delight family, friends, employees and guests at that birthday, wedding reception, seminar, or corporate function with our full bar and kitchen for food staging and drink service. The state-of-the-art lighting grids and sound systems are a customizable dream for photo shoots, fashion shows, and theater performances, so don't hesitate to rent one or all of our studios for anywhere from 5 - 12 hours a day.
