LoftSEVEN is a one of a kind private residence located atop The Haas Building in Historic Downtown Los Angeles. It has a total of 16,000 square feet across two levels and has the feel of a modern boutique hotel with touches of its illustrious 94-year history throughout.
The Kitchen
Designers at LoftSEVEN spared no expense when they ran a gas line 6 blocks to insure chefs cooked on the best, and that's just the beginning. This kitchen features:
The Main Floor
Stretching 150 feet from end to end, this penthouse is longer than any other in Historic Downtown. The Main Floor is kept sparse to allow maximum flow while entertaining guests. Towards the main entrance is the first of three marble washrooms.
The Polite in Public Photo Booth
What penthouse would beplete without a super cool photo booth to mark all the great evenings at LoftSEVEN? AP Consulting LA is proud to offer not just any photo booth, but a one of a kind, SUPER COOL, Polite in Public Photo Booth. What does that mean? The Atruim
Surrounded in reclaimed 100 year old marble, the Atruim is the centerpiece of LoftSEVEN. It features a personal elevator, 360 degree glass on the roof allowing plenty of natural light into the penthouse, and state of the art multicolor LED lights with infinite possible lightingbinations. At the top of The Atrium an HD projector shines a super bright image on to a pane of glass making outdoor summer movies a regular occurrence at LoftSEVEN.
The Main Bar
Covered in marble and imported Italian tile, The Main Bar is the perfect focal point for entertaining. It features multiple under the counter refrigeration units, temperature controlled wine storage, display space for sponsored products, and plenty of room for serving hundreds of guests.
The Entertainment Room
Located right next to The Main Bar, The Entertainment Room is focused around the drop down screen and HD projector. This room also features a separate state of the art surround sound system just for enjoying films. In addition, it features superfortable couches, perfect for lounging with beers on game day or sipping champagne while watching an awards show.
The Washrooms
There are 3 washrooms on the main penthouse level. All feature reclaimed marble accents designer fixtures. The washroom in the VIP lounge features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is an additional washroom and shower on the rooftop located in the catering kitchen.
The VIP Lounge
This is the smallest lounge in LoftSEVEN. It is located behind The Main Bar and features a wall mounted HD LCD as well as a storage closet and its own private washroom.
The Kids Room & The Master Bedroom
Only a select few will have access to these private rooms. These private rooms are one of the many residences of the building's illustrious owner. They feature private bathrooms, Jacuzzi tubs, and additional storage and lounge space.
The Lighting, Sound and Entertainment Systems
The electronic systems in LoftSEVEN are top of the line. We have 3 sounds zones and 2 HD projectors as well as 3 HD LCDs.
The Rooftop
The Main Rooftop area is over 8000 square feet. It features wrap around foot lights, and plenty of space for anything your heart could desire. It has 6 foot barriers for security and safety as well as wrap around sound systems and a 1-ton crane to bring just about anything from the alley directly to the roof. It also has a professional BBQ grill, a catering kitchen and The Blue Room.
The Blue Room
This is where the 25 person rooftop Jacuzzi is mounted on top of the helipad. This is the ultimate VIP room. It features LED club lights, heat lamps and plenty of room around the Jacuzzi to hang out and party. It also features wrap around curtain rods forplete privacy.
The Rooftop Kitchen
Knowing that the showcase kitchen downstairs was great for entertaining but not enough for large parties and film shoots, we built a 40-ton catering truck right into the rooftop. It's a fully functioning gas powered kitchen with everything a chef might need. It even has an extra washroom and shower, perfect for rinsing off in after you've taken a dip in the Jacuzzi.
