LOTTIE BALLOU COSTUMES is a year-round costume shop that has been serving Benicia and the surrounding areas for over 21 years. We have moved to a larger space to spread out and acquire some new costumes and product. LOTTIE BALLOU offers a large selection of rental quality, theatrical-grade, one-of-a-kind costumes. DIRECTIONS TO NEW SPACE: Follow Military East until it ends and splits. Do not turn either direction at this split and continue straight (it turns into Polk St.). Follow under the overpass, over the railroad tracks until the road ends at TYLER. Turn right onto Tyler (you will pass Rags to Riches on the right). You will immediately pass a driveway on the left and thene to a second driveway on the left, turn left and follow it all the way back. LOTTIE BALLOU is the very first unit downstairs when you enter the building (940 Tyler UNIT 16).
