Our Ceremony Under Sail is a two hour trip which includes the sailing charter fee, personalized wedding vows, officiant fees, celebration champagne toast and Maryland State Tax. Third generation to operate her family's boat, Capt Iris Clarke offers a range of ceremonies from traditional to alternative, each one customized especially for you. Licensed to officiate on board, Capt Iris says We took a lesson from the Love Boat referring to the popular TV series of the 1970s and 1980s, in which Captain Stubing officiated at weddings aboard the Pacific Princess.
We've added a few extra touches for your special day including flowers and ivy decorations, and Capt. Iris wears formal whites to add that nautical touch for your special occasion. Getting married on board this historic yacht is the perfect romantic answer for people who love the water. For Ceremonies under sail Selina II can amodate up to six passengers, the perfect size for second marriages and elopements. For larger groups a Wharfside Wedding can amodate up to 50 guests with up to 12 guests aboard and 38 looking on from the dock. Selina II hails from the quaint Eastern Shore town of St Michaels, MD and sails daily from May-Oct.
Selina II's packages start at $650 , a savings of up to $750 over a typical Cruise Liner's package starting at $1250.
