    Jay Kelly has been a professional photographer / videographer since 1989. He has gained a wealth of experience photographing and videotaping weddings, news stories and commercial shoots around the San Francisco Bay area and Canada. He is the recipient of the prestigious RTNDA industry award for Best News Feature, as well as Concordia University's Award for Film Excellence. Jay is also a photography instructor at California State University.

    He offers a blend of classic and photo-journalistic styles of photography in both color and black and white- a service which is flexible and tailored to your needs. He is an expert in retouching and creating special effects as requested.
