F.A.Q.
Q: Do you subcontract wedding photography?
A: Absolutely not! All weddings are photographed exclusively by Sidney Zeledon. Additional photographers can be added if need be.

Q: How many hours of coverage will I need for my wedding?
A: 6 hours will usually take care of most weddings but we will stay as long as you need us. This will be negotiated at signing of contract.

Q: What kind of albums or boxes do you use?
A: Leather Craftsmen & Art Leather, we only use the best.

Q: Do you use an assistant?
A: Yes! They do all of the grunt work so I can concentrate on you. Q: Do you shoot more than one wedding per day?
A: No way! I give 100% of my attention to the couple that trusted me with they're special day.

Q: Do you shoot Traditional (Posed) or Photojournalistic?
A: Both. But you will pick the final photos that will be mounted into your album.

Q: Do you shoot color or black & white?
A: Both!

Q: Do you include the negatives?
A: Only if we shoot digitally. Just joking! This can be negotiated at signing of contract.

Q: What other wedding photography services do you offer?
A: Internet wedding photo access, paper proofing, DVD & CD ROM slide shows, Engagement portraits, signature boards, wedding memory boxes, we can even be part of your wedding gift registry. Q: How far will you go to photograph a wedding?
A: We cover the entire Southern California area at no extra cost. Anything outside of LA, Orange, San Diego, Riverside or San Bernardino counties will be charged for travel and lodging for a minimum of 2 days.

Q: Can you hold this date for us?
A: Of course! I'll need a $500 (non refundable) retainer to lock in your date. The balance of your investment is due 10 days prior to your wedding date. California sales tax is added to all orders.

Q: What are your thoughts on digital photography?
A: I can answer that with this riddle. The year is 2005:

Q: What did the film photographer say to the digital photographer?
A: Would you like fries with that?
Don't get me wrong, film is awesome and it will be years before it's completely replaced but digital is the way of the future. I've been in this business since 1981 and this is an exciting & fun time to be a professional photographer.

Final Thoughts
I was at a party when a young newlywed who found out I was a wedding photographer approached me and asked my opinion on whether she got a good deal on her wedding photography.
I asked her if she was satisfied with the job the photographer did.
She replied, "Yes! Everything came out great!"
At that point I said, "Then you got a great deal". She looked a little puzzled and said, "But I havn't told you how much I paid."
I responded with "Does it really matter?"
