Sugar & Spice Bakery has made amitment to our customers to provide you with cakes made with the freshest ingredients.We want to maintain what we feel brings our customers back over & over which is the homemade taste, but also provide cakes with the professional appearance.
Sugar & Spice bakery has been in the same location for over yrs. Living Faith in the city of La Mirada has owned & operated this bakery for the last yrs. January , the pastor asked what we could do to help out with Sugar & Spice bakery. We instantly smelled the sweet aroma of a bakery. So we mentioned let us make some changes and we would run it for the church. We instantly started to make changes to the bakery. We painted cleaned, rearranged equipment to make it run in a more efficient manner. As we were making changes the operations at the bakery, we still were selling cakes. We were determined to let nothing stop us from continuing for what it was known for and that's the greatness of our cakes, cupcakes, and more. We kept the same decorators, along with a few new ones so that we were able to meet all demands that were asked from our customers. My wife instantly took control of the baking department, not to mention the other responsibilities of operating a bakery. We seen every month that our sales were growing (Not much but growing). We knew that this bakery was in a hidden location, so our next thing was to start running ads in many magazines. We knew we had to get the word out this cake shop is here to stay & give a great product to our customers. In July of the Pastor asked if we were interested in purchasing the bakery, so here we are. There are still many more changes to make to this great bakery in the city of La Mirada.
