Irish & Scottish Bands

The Working-Class-Band is a Southern California ensemble, with 2 members from Ireland and 2 from California, that present mostly Irish songs, ranging from The Dubliners and the Wolf Tones to traditional reels and ballads with some American tunes peppered in.

The band emerged from the typical work week, with tools like banjos, mandolins, guitars, accordions, bodhrán and whatever else might be drudged up, exchanging skull drudgery with up-tempo enjoyments and a sometimes bawdy sense of things.
