Our specialty is creating the cake of your dreams that is not only beautiful but will leave you wanting more. My name is Trisha Davis and I am constantly motivated by attempting to outdo myself with every cake I create to make it more beautiful, more challenging.. and a one of a kind masterpiece that is moist and delicious. Our cakes are made fresh (NEVER frozen) and I pride myself on using only the freshest ingredients. I am very passionate about every cake thates out of my kitchen.. but a large part of my inspirationes from YOU! You dream 'll create it!
I have been baking since the age of five. My grandmother would spend most weekends baking different cakes/cupcakes and teaching me how to decorate.. from there my passion grew. I attended the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, FL in 2005 and graduated with a pastry chef degree in 2007. I worked at the Ritz-Carlton in the pastry kitchen to gain experience. In 2008 I relocated back to Gainesville and I have been creating cakes for friends and family ever since. My cake orders have continued to increase via word of mouth so I decided to go for it and make my cake business a full time gig. There is no better feeling than to see the smile you bring to someone's face by making their vision a reality.. that's what I get to do with cake and I couldn't feel more blessed that God gave me the ability to do that!
