  Do Not Rent From This Company!

I have been renting bouncers and slides for many years without issue; however, I have experienced the worst possible situation with this company. We reserved a slide in February 2016 for a June 2016 party. The wrong slide was delivered to the party and the slide we reserved with a $50 deposit was delivered to another party. No apologies were made for the office error. The slide we received was severely damaged and a hazard to the children. I had to plea with the owner to get the slide fixed. Half way through our party, the delivery man shows up to temporarily fix the issue; however, the slide was still unsafe and we had to take extra precautions to ensure our children were not hurt. We ended up taking the slide down early since we were not comfortable with the slide's terrible condition. The owners made no apologies for a mess they created. I refused to pay for the slide. The owner called me 2 days later to demand payment. I refused. Another day passed and the owner fraudulently charged an unauthorized amount to the credit card used for the deposit back in February. Please people, do not do business with this company. You will regret it. Unprofessional, rude and the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced!
