Our client list includes many hotels, event planners and caterers in the Tidewater area. We also create Ice Art for many of the local schools, country clubs, military clients, local and national corporations and businesses. From private consultation and custom design to on site and on time delivery, our aim is to provide high quality craftsmanship with full service and attention to each client's needs. Alwaysmitted to customer satisfaction are the owners: Steve Latham is a member of the National Ice Carving Association, the Tidewater chapter of the American Culinary Federation and is a Virginia Beach native. He attended the Culinary Institute of America. He has been sculpting ice for fifteen years and and has recently left a 20 year career as an executive chef, in order to concentrate on Ice Art full time. Andrea Latham is a certified Bridal Consultant with a background in sales and hospitality management originally from New York. They have three children Stephen and Becki, 17 and Joshua, 12.
