With over 10 years of wedding and social event coordinating experience, the company has the capacity to organize weddings ranging from 5 to over 500 persons.

We are capable to organize your wedding from A to Z or provide on-site Wedding Coordination.
ON-SITE WEDDING COORDINATOR

Hourly rate

Includes the day of wedding, rehearsal and all appropriate meetings before the wedding.

COMPLETE WEDDING COORDINATION

Flat Fee.

We will work closely with you to select the best person and/or company.

For example, Location scouting, Caterer, Menu selection, Photographer, Videographer, Rental company, Lighting, Audio, DJ/Band, Valet parking, Permits (If required by facility), Wedding Insurance, Florist, Invitations, Calligrapher, Etc.

CYNTHIA E. TUCKER'S BIOGRAPHY
Cynthia E. Tucker is the owner and president of LadyBug Productions, a Special Events Planning company and has coordinated events for over 10 years. She is the former DreamWorks Pictures Special Events Coordinator whose work includes high profile events for the Oscars® and Golden Globes® as well as premieres for Academy Award® winning films. She also coordinated events while an employee at The Walt Disney Co. She teaches Special Event and Wedding Planning courses at local Adult Schools and Community Colleges. She is also a Special Event and Wedding Planning Speaker for several conferences. She has a MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

LBP will work within your budget and offer suggestions to make your "Special Day" enjoyable and memorable.
