Mrs. Kate Carpenter hails from the tiny town of Callahan, Florida, and travels throughout the southeast making families smile with her homespun folk music. Apanying herself on the guitar, this prolific songwriter has recorded 12 original CD's and 2 children's music videos in the past 25 years. I Think I Can, her newest CD, is a Parents Choice Approved winner. She performs over 200 shows a year, delighting audiences of all ages.
Mrs. Kate's specialty is electrifying preschool and elementary school children. Using catchy tunes, puppetry, unusual instruments, and riveting storytelling, her interaction with the audience is creative and unforgettable. She has inspired students in over 400 schools with her Motivate with Mrs. Kate show. Summers find her touring the public library circuit, promoting reading with her Crack a Book song and the unforgettable Hug-a-Bug-a-Boo.

Having Mrs. Kate to our home as entertainment for the party made it one of the best parties we have ever had. She lights up any group with her music and personality and infuses the party with such positive, happy energy. The kids (AND adults!) LOVED her show."

Mrs. Kate performed at my sons first birthday party. After racking my brain on how to properly entertain at a one year old's birthday party, Mrs. Kate swooped in and set my mind at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail prior to my sons party made me feel so excited for the special day because I knew I had chosen the perfect person. On the day of the party, Mrs. Kate showed up beaming with energy and ready to entertain. Prior to her show she greeted all of my little guests and learned all of their names so she could then incorporate them into her act. She knew exactly how to captivate the audience which ranged from newborns to 40 year olds. We had a blast and I know it was a huge success because almost of all my guests asked me where I found her. I would highly recommend Mrs. Kate for your next party, she won't disappoint!

All I can say is "WOW"! Mrs. Kate is amazing and made my son's 3rd birthday party a blast. Jackson thoroughly enjoyed the performance and playing alongside Mrs. Kate. He has been talking about Mrs. Kate ever since.
