About the Boat

UNBELIEVABLE is a 1995 52 foot Buddy Davis Sportfish Convertible powered by twin 825 hp 60 series Detroit Diesel engines with a 825 gallon fuel capacity. Electronics includes 2 Furuno FCV color video sounders, North Star digital readout GPS, automatic pilot, and Furuno 90 mile radar. Vessel is fitted with new Pipewelders aluminum tuna tower, with outriggers. LEE flush mounted rod holders and aluminum rocket launchers welded to flybridge.

Amenities include a full galley equipped with Sub-Zero refrigeration and freezer, 2 burner stove and microwave. Vee berth stateroom and Master stateroom berths with showers and toilets, with a 164 gallon fresh water capacity. Surround sound stereo, TV, DVD player located in a comfortable air conditioned spacious salon with teak & holly wood through out.

Oven roasted chicken breast infused with fresh herbs and brie. Served w/ fresh spinach salad dressed with warm honey vinaigrette toasted almonds, cranberries and Island fresh Avocado.

Grilled beef filet, in XXV olive oil, garlic & rosemary. Fresh arugula & mixed greens salad, goat cheese, pecans roma tomatoes, cucumber & white balsamic vinaigrette

Fresh island caught fish sandwich, toasted ciabatta or Hawaiian sweet bread red leaf lettuce, chef secret tartar sauce served with island potato salad. Yellow corn chips and homemade salsa

Slow roasted southern style short ribs in signature BBQ sauce. Home-style macaroni & cheese. Oven roasted corn bread. BBQ baked beans with Oklahoma sweet tea

Breakfast:

Islander- Fresh sliced island fruit platter, baked muffins & pastries, hot fresh brewed Kona coffee

Paniolo- Maple bacon, egg & cheese croissants, fresh island fruit platter, hot fresh brewed Kona coffee
